Any additional charges will be communicated and agreed before proceeding.

Payment Terms

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
• We may require staged payments for larger projects
• Equipment may remain the property of Simply AVS until paid in full
• Late payments may result in suspension of services or future works

We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue invoices in accordance with UK statutory regulations.

Site Surveys & Installation Conditions

Where required, we may carry out a site survey prior to installation to ensure successful delivery of the project.

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

• Full access to relevant areas is provided
• Accurate information regarding site conditions is supplied
• Any known hazards (including asbestos or structural risks) are disclosed
• Power and network requirements are available where applicable

Additional costs may arise if site conditions differ from those originally advised.

Delivery & Installation

All delivery and installation timelines are estimates unless otherwise agreed.

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Site access restrictions
• Third-party delays
• Unforeseen technical or structural issues
• Events outside our reasonable control

Equipment may be delivered in advance of installation where required.

Cancellation & Postponement

If a project is cancelled or rescheduled, we may charge for:

• Materials already ordered
• Work completed to date
• Administration or storage costs
• Engineer time allocated

We will always aim to minimise costs where possible.

Ownership of Goods

Ownership of goods supplied remains with Simply AVS until full payment has been received.

Warranties & Liability

We will provide manufacturer warranties where applicable.

Our liability is limited to:

• Repair or replacement of defective goods
• Or the value of the goods or services supplied

We are not liable for indirect losses including loss of profit, business interruption, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
